Our Story


Ben Bokor-Ingram and Chris Durnin purchased the freehold of The Lamb Inn in September 2007 after successfully running the pub as a tenancy for four and half years.

Ben and Chris have continued their hands on approach with friendly service and the same focus on good quality food, fine wines and a great range of real ales from local micro brewers in Sussex and Surrey.

Ben is an experienced publican who takes pride in supporting Lauren (the bar manager) in leading a front of house team focused on providing amazing customer services and experiences, while Chris takes charge of the kitchen supplying a fine array of homemade dishes for you to enjoy.

outsideThey pride themselves on offering a traditional country pub with feature inglenook fireplace and wood burning stove. A brand new outdoor area, ideal for larger parties, to enjoy the ever changing homemade menu from locally sourced and where possible locally produced ingredients.

We also offer outside catering facilities with our delicious hog and lamb roasts, spit roasted over hot coals for over eight hours.
